I have over 20 years of leadership experience, 15 of which has been in retail. Through my retail career I have fortified my visual merchandising technique to create memorable experiences as well as promoted sales. I have also continued to nourish my knowledge in business management by taking courses at Jefferson University. Has the industry changes we constantly have to grow, adapt and reinvent our skills.
